Westgate is a seven-storey lifestyle shopping mall strategically located beside the Jurong East MRT Interchange Station, which has two train lines, abutting major expressways and next to the Jurong East Bus Interchange. When completed in end 2013, it will offer exciting shopping, food & beverage and edutainment options as well as a fitness centre and childcare centre.

Luwan integrated development

Luwan integrated development is strategically located in Luwan district near Xintiandi, just 5 minutes from Huai Hai Road. The development, which includes a 6-storey shopping mall and an office tower, is expected to be completed by 2015.

A one-stop shopping mall that serves Singapore’s largest housing estate of close to 300,000 residents, well-connected to Bedok MRT Station via Basement 2 and houses the new Bedok Bus Interchange on Level 2. An estimated 2,000 residents staying at Bedok Residences just above the mall will have easy access to the mall. Bedok Mall is expected to be completed by 2013.
